Our room had good space. It allowed us to relax easily. The staff delivered excellent service throughout our visit. The location was convenient. It provided easy access to many attractions. We also found room service prices acceptable.
The bathroom felt small! It lacked a separate toilet. I thought this was unusual in a luxury hotel. It did have a good hair dryer though.

every morning staff offered a text from house keeping. It let me know I had left the do not disturb sign, asking if I needed my room cleaned. the friendliest door people provided fast transport. Tiny details like water and ice at night really stood out.
the restaurant manager on the first floor I don't remember HIS name.

All staff showed friendliness and willingness to help. The accommodations provided great comfort. The hotel showed to be immaculate. The short walk to the Opera House and The Rocks added to the experience.
The gym was good, but the pool looked somewhat OLD.
